Jesjoe (Jessica) Frank

Transdisciplinary Scholar

I am a dedicated public servant and scholar driven by a passion to protect human and environmental health. Recognizing that environmental health is inseparable from human and community well-being, my academic journey spans disciplines of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (BS), Environmental Toxicology (MS), and Depth Psychology specializing in community, liberatory, Indigenous, and ecopsychologies (MA).

By utilizing community-based participatory arts research, I work to bridge the gap between scientific information and the soulful, ancestral, psychological, and ecological needs of communities. I am particularly interested in working at these intersections to create generative solutions, moving us toward more just and sustainable futures.
