Thank you for blessing me with your gift of life 
Heart knowing 
Breath connecting 
Inhale 
Exhale 
Bodies hug 
Joy, laughter 
I open my heart to your whisper 
Sacred gift of knowing 
Blessed between us 
Unbind me, untether me from systems of power, of violence 
Remind me of spirit knowing 
Interconnected beings 
Take my hand, guide me 
With love, peace, and calm mind 
Be together, seen, heard, felt, reminded 
We are friends 
We are of one
